I love this protein powder - this is my breakfast every morning adding a banana, blueberries, wheat germ and some dried green tea leaves. On mornings that I am especially hungry I use 1-1/2 scoops which keeps me full of energy and satisfied until mid-afternoon. With no egg yolk - only egg white this is a great protein source with little cholesterol. Try this - you will love it!
