I was looking for a product that wasnt strong tasting and helped give me energy and repair/build muscles after my workouts. I have tried other products from other company's that have made my stomach upset. I love the taste and I can tell a huge difference with my muscle definition from my workouts. And no upset stomach. Very cost effective as well.

I cannot explain how bad the taste was. I might have to add some additives or something because I could never drink it by itself again. My advice: Buy a different one!! I can’t rate it one star because I think the ingredients are good.

Unflavored amino acid powders are definitely not the best tasting as you have discovered. That is why many are sold in flavored versions. When using the unflavored version, the best solution is to mix with a little fruit juice to help "hide" the natural taste of the amino acids. You can experiment with taste and do half juice, half water to minimize fruit sugars if you wish.

Has the full profile of Amino Acids I need to prevent catabolism during intense workouts and it doesn't have any of that Sucralose garbage that strips your gut. I don't understand why, in such a health conscious world, other products continue to use that cr@p.
