Thoughts on liq Melationin

It is ok. The previous reviews I read were miss leading. Sometimes it works as far as helping me fall asleep, but sometimes it doesn't help me fall asleep.
I can do without for the price and shipping I was charged.
The Blk Cherry taste bad to me.
