As a 59 year old runner, I was experiencing aches in my legs, especially my joints. This supplement had what I needed to relieve the pain. It worked immediately. I am happy to be able to continue running as I get older. I will order again!

Only into my second week of using it for daily maintenance (1 a day) for slightly annoying joint discomfort. Did increase during moving a small apartment over the weekend. The slight joint discomfort has lessened and I had none of the expected soreness from the move. I haven't taken it for extended cycling trips yet, which is why I purchased it, but I think it will work well.
