I’ve long been a believer is supplements. I believe that often, they work. Placebo effect? Possibly. Even if, I’ll take it. This product seems to work for me. Tastes good (not medicine-like). Dissolves easily in water or juice (which I prefer). Easy to carry and to use. I’ve had numerous occasions when I felt I was "coming down with something.” (After 70 years I know my body.) Take this in the morning and evening, and I wake up feeling OK. ‘Nuff said.
